Now I just copy my Firefox profile from under the Application Data directory and save it somewhere for safe keeping. It's not as elegant as MozBackup, but it gets the job done. KLS Mailbackup is markedly superior http://www.kls-soft.com/klsmailbackup/index.php though it too is limited in its support for lesser known browsers and for non Windows platforms.
