First Steps in Working With the Task Scheduler








As someone who is largely non-technical, I have been trying to schedule all my program updates to take place between midnight and 6am when my internet usage is free.
A good detailed explanation of the scheduler, but unfortunately, my abilities and understanding are such that I haven’t been able to achieve my objective, my main problem is in defining the task.
I’ve bookmarked the page, and will try again later.
Do you know of way to stop the “task Scheduler” service under windows 7?
We have occasions like Printing checks during which we want no other jobs to start
net stop Services —- not allowed
services.msc task Scheduler — cannot change anything
as admin in both cases
