Always handy to have around, Microsoft’s idea of how best to use Outlook. Very well written and quite comprehensive.

The site checks to see if you have Outlook 2007 already installed and also seems to require you to use Internet Explorer (it apparently requires ActiveX controls). I was interested in a downloadable “best practices” PDF file, but I think I’ll pass.
It’s certainly Microsoft’s right to provide the information only to Windows/Outlook users, but it seems a bit short-sighted.
