		<description>The site checks to see if you have Outlook 2007 already installed and also seems to require you to use Internet Explorer (it apparently requires ActiveX controls). I was interested in a downloadable &quot;best practices&quot; PDF file, but I think I&#039;ll pass.

It&#039;s certainly Microsoft&#039;s right to provide the information only to Windows/Outlook users, but it seems a bit short-sighted.</description>
