I might consider it, if they had support for Android… and Linux!
I used to use Live Mesh, but after the complete shambles when it was made obsolete, then reincarnated it wasted a lot of my time. And the new version wouldn’t run on XP. Useless for me! I’m staying with Dropbox. It’s reliable, fast and does everything I want. including supporting Linux and my mobile android device.
