My wife does use this product and has recently problems with it. It has consistently failed to register that she uses Mozilla Firefox as her web browser and would not enable the protections for this browser when she downloads updates.

The problem is caused by the fact that she uses ZoneAlarm Security protection, which includes ZoneAlarm ForceField. Because it creates a 'virtual' computer each time she uses the web which is destroyed when she signs off, there is no firefox profile created and therefore SpywareBlaster can not find one to enable its protections.

You need to open an unprotected browser to bypass ZoneAlarm Forcefield so that a Firefox profile can be created on your computer.

A really essential program for all the hazards of a Windows system. I've used it for a long time and it's served its purpose very well.
