Looking at their scant documentation, it says you can send a “properly formatted URL” to any recipient containing the results. Anyone know what they mean by that other than filling in the information to send the info via email? I couldn’t even get that to work when I tried sending the data to myself,
What am I missing here?
@rroberto18 — We’ve recognized this as a weakness and are working on an easier implementation of this feature. In the meantime, simply replace the name and email addresses in the following URL to your liking:
http://supportdetails.com/?sender_name=Jessica&sender=email@sender.com&recipient=email@recipient.com
This URL will pre-fill the text boxes with the relevant data which can then be submitted. Hope that helps! Again, we know it could be easier and would welcome any suggestions. Thanks!
